My babies came in the mail today. I ordered the Designs for Health Twice Daily Multi which is everything-free (except vitamins!) and Pure Encapsulations EPA/DHA. They were totally worth the money for 4 month supplies of each (or 8 months of the multi if I only take 1 a day because my whey is also fortified). So excited. Centrum is better than no vitamin, but after spending the summer around health professional brands, I don’t look at vitamins the same way.
